Single winner drawn upon sale of all tickets.
Once all tickets are sold, names and/or raffle numbers will be placed in a barrel, shuffled and the winner will be drawn via the Williamsport Volunteer Fire – Emergency Medical Services Inc Facebook Live.

Gun/Firearm Raffles
- Must be 21 years of age to participate.
- Maryland residents must have HQL. ALL State and Federal gun/firearm laws apply. It is YOUR responsibility to be familiar with your own state’s requirements if purchasing out of state.
- Out of state winner responsible for transfer fees and/or shipping.
- Williamsport Volunteer Fire & EMS reserves the right to withhold any firearm from the winner shall he/she NOT meet all State and Federal regulations to obtain said firearm.
- Firearm winners will be contacted via phone and/or email within 24hrs of the live drawing. Firearm raffle winners will be given 30 days following proper notification to claim their prize.
- Raffle participants will be assigned a number for each ticket purchase. These numbers will be displayed at both checkout and via provided email.
Cash, Scratch-Offs, and Miscellaneous Raffles
- Must be 18 years of age to participate.
- Raffle winners will be contacted via phone and/or email within 24hrs of the live drawing and be given 30 days following proper notification to claim their prize.
- Williamsport Volunteer Fire & EMS reserves the right to withhold any/ALL raffle winnings shall the winner fail to claim their prize within the 30 day period.
- Raffle winners are responsible for any associated state and/or federal taxes that may arise. Tax forms will be issued to winners on an as needed basis based on state and federal requirements.
